Garth is the Vice President of Justice and Public Safety practice at Quartech. Responsibilities have included establishing the practice strategy, vendor relationships, project delivery, solution development, business development and ultimately client satisfaction. Garth has established long-term customer partnerships with the US market, many lasting over 15 years.Garth, and several members of the Quartech team, are currently working with several police agencies to implement the VISION Early Intervention and Officer Wellness Solution. Additionally, the team is implementing the new Azure based Q-Case framework for several justice agencies for case management, applicant tracking and warrant management within a secure cloud platform.The team’s extensive knowledge and experience from these engagements have enabled them to become IT Solution Leaders in this space. Garth recently led a panel session on EIS at the IACP Tech Conference of the IACP on Early Intervention System imperatives and best practices.Quartech also has a robust Integrated Justice service offering, Garth managed and oversaw the design and development of the Quartech Justice Integration Methodology as well its successful implementation for several US Justice Clients. The National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) based approach allows agencies to implement exchanges that improve accuracy and efficiency of data exchanges while managing risk.As the Quartech Justice practice continues to grow, Garth will lead the team as they further develop core business activities based on justice agency needs and experience as well as past success to exceed our clients needs and expectations.

Garth Strandberg, PMP, is Vice President with Quartech and supporting our US justice practice in maturing its service offerings and growing the team. Most of our resources have worked together for over 15 years developing and implementing success solutions for our clients.Garth is the national Justice practice lead for a medium size systems integrator and is responsible for leading sales, operations, solutions and delivery. He has deep expertise in managing large, multi-year projects as well as extensive experience in assisting organizations in assessing, managing and implementing technical and business transformation projects leveraging new line of business applications and integration platforms. Since 2009, Garth has been focused on planning, leading and implementing justice solutions, including offender management systems, police, courts and District Attorney (DA) case management systems, integrated justice solutions, and police analytic and early intervention systems
