With this in mind I make it a point to put in the extra effort to pursue excellence in all I do. This is demonstrated by the regard in which I hold the quality of my work and the respect which my work has earned from my colleagues, superiors, subordinates, and customers.In my current role, I serve as a mentor and natural leader for my team and department by demonstrating strong problem solving and decision-making skills, the ability to identify and set priorities, superior verbal and written communication skills, excelling in a high-pressure, fast paced environment, and adaptability to fit the needs of the team. My current job function involves leading a multifunctional group charged with oversight of a multi-vendor network; supporting an existing multi-state network with live customers through decommission while simultaneously building a next-generation overlay network to support the growing demands of commercial, enterprise, and carrier clients.I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and personal development and strive to be the best at what I do. I regularly go above and beyond the expressed duties and functions of my role to educate and develop myself as well as best serve internal and external customers. I also gain great satisfaction through sharing my knowledge base and best practices to help develop those around me.
