With over 20 years of experience in IT Project Management and PMO, I am currently the Head of Account Operational Services at Atos, a global leader in digital transformation. In this role, I manage the main administrative teams and the PMO for a major financial services client, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services, governance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.I have a proven track record of managing complex and challenging IT and business transformation projects and programmes, across various sectors and domains, such as datacentre network, infrastructure, mainframe migration, NHS quality and cost improvement, and GDPR compliance. For Atos, I have built and managed a very effective Programme Management Office. I am passionate about improving the areas I touch, developing the people who work for me, and delivering value to the stakeholders. I have held PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner certifications, as well as a Professional Scrum Master certificate. I also have a Master\'s degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and I speak English, and moderate French and Italian.
