Currently managing a large delivery team to rollout a new ‘Gigabit ready’ x177 site rollout for Oxfordshire County Council, primarily dark fibre and third party FFIB infrastructure. Managing the deployment of a new dark fibre network for Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) under the LFFN Government funding initiative. This programme includes the connection of three Data Centres and a large number of Public Sector buildings within Perth, utilising primarily existing duct infrastructure from Neos Networks, BT (BT-PIA) and PKC. This approach minimises disruption to the public and provides an economical deployment within minimal timeframes. Responsible for delivering a new dark fibre network within London, utilising bespoke Fibre-In-Sewers (FiS) solutions in partnership with Thames Water. This provided urgently needed new telecoms capacity for the rollout of 5G services to several of the UK\'s mobile network operators (MNO\'s) and additional network capacity for Neos Networks, enabling further B2B services for Enterprise customers.
