I’ve spent the last 10+ years working across HR roles—from recruiting coordination to HRIS—building a strong foundation in how people, data, and HR systems interact. Today, I focus on Workday HCM, helping HR teams make better and more strategic decisions, clean up messy data, and build processes that are aligned with department and overall business strategy.I’ve worked in industries ranging from fashion and aerospace to pet insurance, and I’ve learned that no matter the field, an outstanding HR strategy starts with a modernized HRIS system and clean data. I enjoy digging into job architecture, streamlining workflows, and making sure the tools we use actually support the people/business using them.Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into how AI can support HR and Workday—whether it’s automating job descriptions and data cleanup, finding ways to future-proof processes that can adapt in real time with business initiatives, or helping teams think more strategically.
