As Head of Asset Management within Serco Justice & Immigration, I lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of asset operations across 8 diverse sites, including custodial facilities, immigration centers, and PFI sites. My focus is on ensuring the sustainability, performance, and compliance of critical assets through data-driven decision-making, financial forecasting, and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:• CAFM Strategy & Implementation: Developing and managing CAFM systems to enhance asset visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.• Lifecycle & Financial Planning: Leading lifecycle planning and financial forecasting for asset renewal and replacement, ensuring alignment with organisational budgets and long-term investment strategies.• Condition Survey Analysis: Overseeing condition surveys, analysing outputs to identify risks, forecast asset lifespans, and prioritise renewal or maintenance investments.• Project Development & Execution: Translating survey insights into actionable projects, managing budgets, and delivering outcomes that balance operational needs with financial constraints.• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across custodial, immigration, and PFI environments to align asset management strategies with organisational goals and contractual obligations.
