Work performed under Cash reconciliation include investigating on breaks, identifying and reporting errors to concerned teams to resolve the issues like dupe settlements, dupe bookings, cancelled trades etc.• Performing Nostro and Depot reconciliation by mean of identifying analysing and correcting transaction to position break• Checking for the feeds to perform the daily reconciliations and in case of any feed issues, informing to our SME about the issue and current status.• Performing of L2 level activities and delivering of SOD and EOD to Onshore & management.• Reconciling the breaks in TLM (Transaction Life cycle Management). Handling of Nostro (Cash) and Depot (Stock) for cash equities. • Setting up weekly call with the settlements and onshore to discuss on the various issues in terms of reconciliations and maintaining good relationship with the fellow settlements team members• Investigating and allocating the breaks to different teams like dividends, corporate actions, Interest claims, Agent fee, Billings’ team etc.• Checking for the feeds to perform the daily reconciliations and in case of any feed issues, informing to our Senior SME about the issue and current status.• Reconciled discrepancies efficiently and in a timely manner for customers• Responsibility for reading, understanding and complying with the Company’s Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations.• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on errors and suggest for any additional controls required to avoid similar errors in future.
