I am a finance and strategy leader focused on governance, stewardship, and organizational discipline to support mission-driven, community-based work. I currently serve part-time as Director of Finance & Strategy at United Hope Builders, supporting budgeting, audit oversight, financial controls, and executive partnership aligned with the organization’s current scale and needs. Across my career, I have worked in nonprofit, healthcare, technology, and financial services organizations, with a core strength in analyzing complex financial and operational data, identifying meaningful trends, and translating them into clear, decision-ready insights for management and boards. I am known for simplifying complexity, communicating effectively with non-financial leaders, an using practical tools to improve process efficiency and reliability. In parallel with my professional work, I focus on nonprofit governance, treasury, and community leadership. I currently serve as Assistant Treasurer (volunteer, non-voting board role) at Oak Grove Christian Ministry, serve on the Board of Advisors at ATS Advanced Trustee Strategies, and I am engaged in civic service through Rotary.
