Investment Manager for Shell’s interest in the Blauwwind wind farm in The Dutch North Sea, a 731.5MW/77 WTG operational asset. Blauwwind is a seven shareholder venture - partnering with Eneco, Inpex, Luxcara, Octopus, Nuveen and Swiss Life Asset Management. As part of this role, I perform the duties of Shell Shareholder Representative (SSR). I am accountable for optimising the value from Shell’s investment in line with Group and the governing Business or Function’s strategy and within the boundaries of internal control frameworks, which include compliance with the external regulatory and legal environment, and with the JVs own control framework. The role includes responsibility for: Governance Stakeholder Management Risk Management Value ManagementStrategy, Planning and Performance Appraisal Compliance and Assurance

Investment manager and shareholder representative on behalf of Shell in the Blauwwind wind farm (731.5MW fixed bottom) joint venture in the Dutch North Sea. Working alongside joint venture partners to ensure respective shareholder interest and value is maximised throughout the life of the investment cycle. Historical roles include Investment manager and shareholder representative on behalf of Shell in the MarramWind (3GW) and CampionWind (2GW) floating wind farm joint ventures. During this time I also supported both joint ventures directly on a part time basis as Grid Strategy Manager.Senior Asset & Investment Manager on behalf of SSE\'s investment in the Dogger Bank wind farms (3.6GW fixed bottom).Investment manager of SSE Renewables\' hydro portfolio of assets of circa 1.5GW installed capacity. Commercial Manager of SSE Renewables\' hydro operations business.General Manager of the (+500MW onshore wind) Clyde Wind Farm Scotland limited Joint Venture.Asset Manager on behalf of SSE\'s shareholding in Walney Offshore Wind Farm.Over ten years of commercial management experience in renewables spanning onshore wind, offshore wind and hydropower. Considerable experience in ancillary service provision/revenue optimisation and value maximisation. Experience in assessing multiple digital/data driven projects to enhance fleet and market entry capability. Member of the International Forum on Pumped Storage Hydropower.Onshore wind experience includes commercial and contract roles, stakeholder management and third party operations management. Offshore experience includes shareholder representative on steerco of Walney Offshore Wind Limited. M&A experience in £500m of wind farm divestment projects.
