Review all operational programmes and forward planning schedules, with particular focus on preparation and planning to ensure optimal operational critical path performance. Attend all relevant pre-planning, HSE and operational meetings. • Promote flat time reduction and all related efficiencies especially as part of the pre-job phase. Assist Stena and third-party crews in achieving improvements. • Establish and maintain active communication with third party personnel to ensure all thirdparty equipment and personnel are ready in good time. • Monitor crew performance utilising the monitoring and controlling tool for Operations Performance core KPI list activities to determine areas of improvement. Recommend and capture improvements based on engagement with drill crew. Communicate these improvements to other rigs and Performance Toolpusher(s) when and where applicable. • Administer the AAR process within the drilling department. Ensure inclusion of all other Stena departments onboard, The Operator and third parties where necessary. Make sure all learnings are captured, actioned and shared, when appropriate. • Monitor records for all the tallies, tubular rotating hours, tubular counts, tubular inspections, and space out calculations. • With assistance of Client/STP/Safety Co-ordinators generate an electronic well file. The well file should include but not be limited to: Drilling Programmes, AARs, Casing programmes/tallies, Landing weight calculations, BHA Assemblies, Drill string & landing weight calculations / Maximum Over pull / Slip crushing etc, Fingerboard management spreadsheet, 24 hours look-aheads, Photographs/Videos, 3rd Party Presentations, Tubular Rotating Hours, and Well Analysis. • Relieve Toolpusher and Drill crew as necessary. • Work with Operator, and onboard technical department to incorporate rig maintenance into operational planning.

I have gained a diverse range of skills and have proven experience in working to improve KPIs and efficiency while simultaneously seeking opportunities to improve health & safety. I am looking to progress my career and increase my knowledge in the oil and gas sector through all aspects of modern day and future drilling. I have been involved in numerous shipyard work (SPS and re-activations) and all aspects of these projects. From stripping, re-building and major overhauls of all associated drilling equipment, to planning testing and commissioning equipment ready for working in the field.Given the opportunity, I believe my practical experience combined with a thirst for knowledge and loyalty that I can positively contribute to any exploration or development project.
