I own Client Analytics, a B2B data platform enabling employers to turn complex pension data into actionable insights, improving engagement and member outcomes.Key contributions include: Owning the platform roadmap and delivery, balancing performance, data quality, regulatory constraints and competing stakeholder priorities. Leading a foundational platform overhaul that materially improved stability and performance, delivering a 345% improvement across six core performance and reliability metrics and supporting sustained growth in active usage. Driving measurable increases in adoption, including an 18% increase in monthly active users and a 40% increase in average monthly page views year-on-year. Designing and delivering an industry-first pension scoring mechanism for workplace clients, translating complex pension data into clear, decision-ready signals. Initially developed as a side-of-desk initiative, the capability is now live, in use with clients, and evolving as a core part of the platform’s value proposition. Reducing operational friction and failure demand by addressing root causes in data ingestion and platform workflows, cutting failure demand by 21%(to ~7%) and eliminating rework cycles that previously took months to resolve. Working directly with FTSE 100 enterprise clients to explore problems, test concepts and shape data-driven platform enhancements. Leading delivery with cross-functional teams using pragmatic Agile (Scrum and SAFe) practices, while coaching and supporting junior Product Owners, with a focus on flow, outcomes and continuous improvement rather than ceremony. Contributing to the platform being recognised externally, including Workplace Savings & Benefits Initiative of the Year, reflecting sustained improvements in performance, usability and client impact.
