Provide physical security and receptionist duties at Kohls Corporate satellite facility. Responsible for access of associates & visitors at Lake Park Facility, conduct security Detex Tours (checks) of the facility, monitor / physical checks of card access system, conduct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems. Contact associate in building when visitors (vendors) are on site for meetings. Conduct daily checks of building HVAC systems, and exterior building inspections. Respond to emergencies with-in the building, contact fire & police departments if required. Complete LPMS and medical reports for Corporate LP when required. Complete daily log of activities at Lake Park & submit to Corporate LP. Complete monthly LP training and test.
