Global Lead for Application Support for Principal Flow Trading businesses across Rates and Credit products. Responsible for Pricing, eTrading and Algorithmic Trading application support.Application Support team members are based on the regional (APAC/UK/Switzerland/US) trading floors, and near shore UBS technology sites, focusing on Front Office Trading and Sales core application support, adopting ITIL / IPM standards with DevOps principles and ways of working.All related business product groups are supported (e.g. Bonds, Futures, IRS, CDS, Options), and their related UBS or 3rd party vendor applications (e.g. ION MarketView, eTrading venue/broker screens).Over recent years, my eTrading SME knowledge has also been used on a number of high profile regulatory and audit (internal and external) projects, including MIFID II and BREXIT.Previous roles at UBS -Initially, the sole eTrading desk developer customising UBS\'s ION MarketView application via a set of custom plugins and ECN gateway implementations. Based on the trading floor, working closely with the European Government Bond trading desk, and later the SSA (Supra, Sovereign and Agency) desk.Business Analysis and Java developer for UBS\'s Java enabled global eTrading + Pricing + Risk system (replacement for my ION MarketView application). This UBS Java system was later replaced by an updated ION MarketView application.
