As Project Manager and Engineering Lead, I direct 5 ongoing projects with 10 Senior Network Engineers, 3 Cybersecurity Professionals, and 2 Logisticians, including 1 major computer equipment replacement program (CERP) for Enterprise Support Suite system consistent of 24 server clusters and 65 virtual servers across 2 geographical locations. I serve as Configuration Management Lead Systems Engineer Chairman for enterprise-level network configuration changes.A few of my key achievements include:Verified engineering changes from 3 industry partners, secured approval for 15 network configuration changes for Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and DISA networks and interconnected 2 commands for expanded functionality.Spearheaded project management for 14 network and site projects by assessing operations and creating processes, supporting hundreds of users. Developed Quality Assurance Management Plan, System Engineer Management Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, System Security Plan, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Implemented shipping, receiving, travel, and pre-travel authorizations processes.
