This includes a bottling plant and distillery in the Dominican Republic, and international offices in Asia, USA, and Europe.• Responsible for the ongoing development of the Health & Safety Management System OHSAS18001, the Quality Management System ISO9001, and the Environmental Management System ISO14001. • Responsible for Food Safety, and FEMAS certification for animal feedstuffs from three of the distilleries.• Responsible ensuring setting of quality standards, and continuously improving the quality of finished product• Responsible for management of Site Security function at all UK sites• Responsible for joint management of Occupational Health (with HR) function across all UK sites• Responsible for managing all CoMAH requirements and compliance on all UK sites (3 lower tier, and 1 top tier site)• Responsible for leading the Quality function, including operating as QA Champion within Manufacturing Excellence programme, facilitating ongoing lean manufacturing improvements focussed on improving quality performance.
