About Garrison Shubert
Hi I’m Garrison Shubert a rising Senior at Indiana University Bloomington studying Finance at the Kelley School of Business. My exposure to business when I was younger came through my parents jobs, however ever since my Financial Management class my sophomore year of high school I’ve been hooked on finance. I am a go with the flow type of person who always look for an opportunity to make someone laugh. I am interested in going into Real Estate, Banking, Asset Management, and Private Equity fields. I’m interested in these fields because my love of analyzing complex financial structures, fostering strategic growth for businesses, and engaging with challenging, fast-paced environments drives my professional aspirations. My passion for delving into intricate financial models and my keen interest in understanding market dynamics fuel my desire to contribute to impactful investment decisions and innovative business solutions in these sectors. My hard working/determination and flexibility skills would help me excel in these fields. I displayed my determination to myself in my senior year of track & field in high school when I worked on a brand new skill, high jumping. I ended up falling in love with it and it remains one of my top hobbies today. I’m looking forward to one day taking the same determination and flexibility skills I found in that last year of my Track & Field career and apply it to my future endeavors.
