Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of helping founders, builders, corporate entrepreneurs, and small business owners align their sales and marketing efforts to achieve the Growth they know is possible.During that time, one consistent challenge I have observed, spanning from startup founders to small business owners, lies in managing the fragmented services they need to run their organization.This siloed approach usually requires multiple service providers, each driven by distinct, often competing, economic incentives. This places an unfair burden on organizations and can often lead to missed opportunities, as well as unrealized revenue and return on investment.I’ve always believed there was a better way. By aligning sales, marketing, and cashflow, I believe organizations can scale more intentionally.I\'ve developed a proven process that aligns revenue operations (sales), scales stakeholder communication with the help of generative AI, and focuses marketing investments to help business owners and their leadership teams achieve their business goals.I’m a firm believer that clients deserve partners who not only understand their business goals but are also actively committed to proactively helping them achieve them—that’s what I do today.On a personal note, I was born in Jamaica and raised in an environment where my mother\'s commitment to her community, in building and growing our family\'s prep school, and my father\'s integrity as a police force leader, were instilled in me. I have carried these lessons with me, shaping my approach to my work and life.I am committed to helping our clients maximize their investments and mentoring the next generation of business builders here in Minnesota. To that end, outside of work, I invest my time in my community by supporting upcoming business leaders and helping early-stage founders become ready for capital investment.My belief in the power of education, a transformative force I have experienced firsthand, has led to my commitment to Silicon North Stars, a nonprofit aimed at inspiring young Minnesotans to become future tech leaders.
