   The title may be spelled \"Lead Instructor\", but the work says it\'s pronounced \"eXtreme Programming trainer and coach\". I\'ve started out at Galvanize on an exciting enterprise transformation project unlike ANY other I\'ve done or heard of in the past. Why? Because I have the privilege taking everything I\'ve learned from delivering software using XP (TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD, Refactoring, etc.), training experienced developers & product owners in a classroom environment, AND get to coach them as they take what they learn, apply & grow those skills in on the job.
