I’m a customer-obsessed product manager with extensive experience driving results. I\'m the type of person who while queuing at a coffee shop, grocery store or while using a product or service, find myself honing in on customers pain points, and quick to ask how can I alleviate or lessen them to improve customer experience? I have taken that innate passion and applied it to building simple digital solutions to broadly relevant problems — from building Naijaworkman to organise a fragmented marketplace and give users easy access to thousands of trade workers, to building a mobile money system at Wi-PAY to enable cashless payments and reduce dependency on cash in the informal sector, to building Human Resource products to make recruiting experience better for candidates and recruiters. When I’m not on the job, I love cycling, reading autobiography, taking street photographs, and exploring new places.
