Along the way, I’ve earned a reputation for leading HR with intention, integrity, and impact - always balancing the needs of the business with the needs of its people.Today, I serve as an HR Business Partner at RHI Magnesita, partnering with leaders across North America to align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen culture, and drive growth. My experience spans the full HR lifecycle, including performance management, organizational development, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits, compensation strategy, leadership development, and employee relations.I hold certifications including SHRM-CP, Certified ADP Payroll Specialist, HR Consultant, and Business Analyst Certification.
