Responsibilities Include:• Researching and/or sourcing items as required• Procuring, tracking, and reconciling purchases• Generating, overseeing, and tracking project schedules and timelines• Taking notes/disseminating details from production meetings/onsite visits, primarily using dedicated software (Wrike). Leads breakout meetings or site visits as required• Setting up and running of meetings with multiple attendees/senior team members• Interfaces with vendors and/or in-house trades during the production process, ensuring proper and safe completion of scope. Communicates issues with project team and coordinates solutions.• Partnering with design team to locate existing and/or procure new assets needed for productions• Generates documentation that captures the production process, including tool cards, element lists, strike manifests, photo documentation, etc.• Provides additional supervision for special events and projects including venue/area supervision, etc.• Works closely and efficiently with other park operating departments• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established USH policy, procedures, training, and employee involvement activities.
