He is particularly focused on driving operational discipline, scalable growth, and durable financial performance across portfolio companies.Prior to this position, Garrett was a Partner at Core Value Consultants, an independent advisory firm that provides strategic, operational and financial management services to entrepreneurs and small and middle-market companies.
