I also manage external stakeholder requests with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely, clear, and compliant HR communications.Key Responsibilities:• Provide direct support to leadership and employees on the effective interpretation and operational application of HR policies, rules and procedures.• Manage employee data records including electronic or manual files, payroll and HRIS updates.• Serving as the point of contact in support of internal HR activities including Performance Management, Exit Interviews and other designated HR initiatives.• Work with HR data to identify and report on trend information, and manage audits to maintain data integrity of personnel information.• Proactively recognize, investigate, and resolve questions and concerns related, but not limited, to issues of position management, payroll, benefits, stock program, recruitment, and campus.• Collaborate across the HR team to ensure the employee experience is overall positive, effective, and efficient.• Collaborate with internal and external compliance representatives to audit and maintain professional designation records on a company wide basis.• Effectively respond to external stakeholder requests, which may include preparing HR related documentation or correspondence.• Work with a high degree of independence to resolve inquiries or situations. Recognizing when to engage HR Specialist Teams, escalate matters appropriately to HR Advisors, or engage leadership for resolution of issues.
