Act as the voice-of-the-customer through regular communication with government counterparts and program reporting Provide onsite support to resolve technical issues in the field, including relaying issues found in engineering and collaborating to develop efficient solutions. Work across multiple functional groups through a three-month government-witnessed upgrade, followed by a four-month System Performance Testing.
