Striving for efficiency in our processes, we have blended the role of Sales consultant and Finance manager, as well as our parts and service advisor positions. Our Consultants handle the customer transaction as one touch point. This sets our customer experience apart from our competitors, by providing the customer an efficient, no \"hand-off\" experience. This also provides our team members greater income earning potential than traditional roles.
