I’m in my first year working as a buyer/planner for Mammotome, a subsidiary of the Danaher Corporation. I look forward to the challenges as well as the growth and development I will obtain with this role. I am passionate about working for a company that strives to make a difference and help society as a whole. Outside of work I enjoy music, adventure, and being surrounded by friends/family.    My first role working in a corporate setting has been a great experience and I learned how to organize and manage my time to do my work effectively and efficiently. I gained the skills necessary to communicate and compete in a business environment. I take pride in working for a company driven to diagnose and prevent breast cancer.* Collaborated with a team of other buyers to deliver on time delivery of products to customers as well as from suppliers to ensure our customers had what they needed to care for patients.* Solely responsible for procuring and planning all the service parts needed to maintain breast biopsy devices.* Manage and plan a small portfolio of finished breast biopsy machines that would be sent to other global Mammotome plants and customers.* Work cross functionally with other departments to locate and determine new suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.* Participated in Kaizen events that successfully brought more revenue into the business.* Reduced inventory to create cost savings.
