I serve as Director of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) at Valaris, where I help support safe, reliable, and consistent operations across our global fleet. My focus is on practical systems that work in the fleet - improving how we plan, execute, and learn from the work we do. I also serve as Chairman of the Board for the IADC Houston Chapter, the largest local IADC chapter in the world, where I work with others in our industry to share ideas, strengthen collaboration, and support local universities and Houston-area charities. From 2013 through 2024, I served in the U.S. Navy Reserves, finishing my service at the rank of Lieutenant - an experience that shaped my perspective on leadership, accountability, and teamwork under pressure.
