As the Product Owner for our Design System, I am responsible for setting the vision and direction. We learn about the customer\'s needs in real-time through internal and external communication, which leads to improved customer experience. Our team defines the strategy and road map for the Design System, leveraging product priorities for Design, Product, and Engineering. The team is building impactful cross-functional relationships that help enable software delivery to Paylocity\'s customers.
