About Garrett Passamonti

I am an experienced healthcare strategist and operations consultant with a proven track record of implementing quality enhancements, revenue growth, and cost reductions for hospitals, health systems, and physician practices of all sizes across the United States. I aspire to a less flashy purpose – to forward the well-being of society by designing and implementing advancements in healthcare delivery systems, consequently increasing health care providers’ capacity to improve health outcomes. This desire is rooted in experiences from my youth, like my father’s work as a medical doctor in the Army and my mother’s fight against cancer. From speaking with and working elbow-to-elbow with patients, providers, and operators, I learned three critical lessons:(1) healthcare workers are the most mission-driven people I have met,(2) healthcare delivery is more art than science, and (3) there is no mission without margin. By actualizing creative and novel solutions to deliver financially sustainable high-quality healthcare, I will empower providers like my father to better serve patients like my mother. My personal interests include brewing mead, making music in both choir and orchestra, playing sports like tennis and golf, nurturing my herb and vegetable garden, playing board games, and reading both science fiction and fantasy. Some of my favorite authors include Frank Herbert and Brandon Sanderson.
