   As a Commissioning Engineer I, I lead the development and execution of AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) commissioning plans for COSM venues and B2B partner projects. I work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and delivered to meet design intent, functional performance, and long‑term reliability.Key responsibilities-Own and manage AVL commissioning plans, integrated schedules, and on‑site execution across multiple project types-Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment-Oversee commissioning activities, provide operational guidance, and direct cross‑functional teams through each project phase-Verify that all systems are installed and tested according to specifications, performance standards, and company requirements-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time, ensuring smooth progress and technical accuracy-Support operational readiness efforts, ensuring operating teams are prepared for training, support, and system handover-Monitor system performance and reliability, delivering actionable feedback to product, deployment, manufacturing, and engineering groups-Produce detailed documentation, reports, and regular status updates for stakeholders-Uphold company standards and best practices throughout the commissioning lifecycle-Conduct final acceptance and sign‑off on all systems under my purview.
