Projects Include- The Hotel Monroe - April 2024-March SF duel renovation with new construction between the two existing structures. Features 69 guest rooms, ballroom, restaurant, fitness room, office spaces, meeting rooms, and rooftop bar/lounge overlooking the Ouachita River. Project scope inclusive of all CSI Divisions- Temple Baptist Church Renovations- March 2025-CurrentRenovations include modifications to the existing structural steel package above the sanctuary for additional AV usage; remodel of existing library into a new Welcome Center, steeple replacement, revitalization of (7) AHU’s, electrical additions, fire suppression additions, framing/sheetrock, TFF & paint (including acoustical finishes to Sanctuary and Choir areas), customized flooring throughout- Temple Baptist Church Steeple Replacement- April 2025 - June 2025Scope of work includes scaffolding/stair tower to a working height of approximately 100’; demolition of existing substrate and steeple, new FRP skin, roofing, and steeple. In depth logistics coordination with crane plans, fall protection plans, site utilization plan in conjunction with the active church services and congregation.
