   Lead the design and development of complex mechanical components and subsystems within the reactor module, owning projects from requirements definition through fabrication. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate functional and regulatory requirements (including ASME BPVC compliance) into robust, manufacturable CAD designs that meet structural, thermal, and integration constraints. Drive design validation through close coordination with analysis teams, detailed DFM/DFA and tolerance studies, and rigorous design reviews. Produce controlled engineering documentation and manage external partners to advance design maturity, code compliance, and cost-effective production while continuously improving mechanical design processes and standards.
