OVERVIEW:Over 20 years of accomplished multi-industry financial leadership experience in a global, multicultural environment, including Big 4 experience at a senior management level (leading audits and advisory), an extensive international background across multiple areas (e.g. cross-border negotiations) and an in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP regulations, IFRS regulations, and Swiss statutory law. I have been successful in multiple key intiatives, such as taking several companies public within the U.S. and European stock exchanges during my PricewaterhouseCoopers tenure, as well as maintaining a consistent record of meeting a broad range of financial and operational objectives.I have over 10 years of audit and assurance experience, including senior auditing roles for publicly-listed clients across various industries, I am well-versed in the full-cycle audit process, working effectively with both internal and external parties to ensure successful outcomes. In addition, I leverage advanced skills in analyzing accounting issues and identifying areas for both correction and improvement.In addition to my financial background and expertise, I have the interpersonal leadership skills to take a company to the next levels of success.
