About Garret Moore

As a visual producer, my experience includes many types of general media skills and experience related to Illustration, Web Graphics, Print, Video, Animation photography and Film. My work also includes many years of conventional Graphics and Illustration for books, magazines, CDs and Album covers. I also have experience in packaging design and many types of print related and screen print arts. I\'ve been working with digital media and illustration longer than most, winning awards for electronic commercial illustration work starting in 1984 at Siggraph. Garret has been published in Europe, Spain, South America and throughout United States. Many works are in collections and have shown in galleries and exhibitions for museums, planetariums, corporate and public organizations such as NASA and Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley, Hayden Planetarium in NYC, Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum San Francisco State University, galleries in San Francisco, Sausalito, Carmel, and San Jose for a partial list.\"In love with un-chartered new media, that\'s where I feel most inspired and effective. I also find fine art work quite satisfying in fulfilling educational, spiritual and intellectual interests. My personal goal is to show the ultimate value in creative methods while being socially responsible and inspiring visual design. Education, exploration and understanding are goals for each project I take on, whether high tech or fine arts.\"\"I want to inspire our culture to sustainability, end suffering and make a difference. If I can participate in the good work of the world, life has meaning.
