ABOUT GARRET KOWALYSHYN

I’m a well-rounded Commercial Leader with over 15-years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations and Demand Generation. I’ve worked extensively across the Consumer Packaged Goods landscape with manufacturers, retailers and data, analytic and technology service providers. I began my career working for a large corporate enterprise which helped me develop many foundational competencies that I use every day. After being impacted by a large global restructure, I made the decision to join a more nimble and innovative organization where I could see the impact of my work more directly. I haven’t looked back since.I’m passionate about driving transformation and growth with organizations at their pivotal scale-up stage. In other words, I have experience with changing an aircraft’s engine mid-flight. My superpowers are optimizing people, process & tools and creating organizationally aligned go-to-market strategies.My team leadership philosophy is simple. I believe the key to any high performing team is to foster a culture where everyone can be themselves, grow and make a difference. It’s not rocket science. But, it’s often easier said than done. Outside of work, I’m fitness-obsessed and drink many more cups of coffee per day than my doctor would probably recommend. I’m an avid traveler with a goal of exploring 60+ countries by the end of 2024.
