ABOUT GARRETH MAYBURY
I started my construction career in 1998 in Dublin, Ireland. I have taken a very traditional career path working as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Project Director. I arrived in Calgary, Alberta in 2012 and spent 7 great years there before moving to Vancouver, BC in 2019. I enjoy challenging projects, collaboration with all Stakeholders and giving back to others through coaching and mentoring. I’m a big believer in healthy body / healthy mind and enjoy researching the benefits of exercise, sleep and nutrition in our personal and professional life’s. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and graduated from the Stanford School of Medicine in Nutritional Science in 2022. When I am not working, I enjoy being a husband, a father, keeping fit and a round of golf when time permits.
