I build the systems that turn marketing and sales motions into actual revenue.In college, I initially majored in psychology, thinking I’d be a family therapist. I quickly realized I couldn’t carry that kind of emotional weight home with me, so I pivoted to digital marketing, took two copywriting internships, and never looked back.I cut my teeth as a performance marketer at Disruptive Advertising managing multi-channel strategies for Fortune 500 brands. From there I led the revenue team at Bateman Collective, a digital agency in the real estate investment space, where I: • Stood up a paid social channel that drove 50% of pipeline post-launch • Rebuilt messaging from the ground up, lifting close rates meaningfully • Grew new MRR 120% through site performance, sales process redesign, CRM restructure, and content • Led the team to 95% quota attainment by getting the right people in the right seats and aligning on goalsToday I run RevOps and marketing operations at Stat, a care operations platform for Federally Qualified Health Centers and community health centers. My scope spans paid media, HubSpot architecture, data enrichment pipelines, sales enablement, event ops, and AI tooling. I also keep a small freelance practice running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot for outside clients.Outside of work: dad to three boys (twins plus a newborn), married to a woman who’s brought more happiness into my life than I deserve. I’ll talk sports with anyone, usually have six books going at once, and have recently fallen deep into Lego.
