12 years ago, I apprehensively moved into the Veterinary industry, in the first instance as an area account manager and quickly built long lasting relationships with my customers and colleagues. Progressing from area to regional account manager, Corporate account manager to UK sales and business development manager. I have been given some fantastic opportunities to travel the world, to learn and develop my skillset as a sales lead business manager and team leader. Having spent 6-year specialising in Lab diagnostics I have recently taken on a new challenge within DMS Veterinary, starting my current role in April of 2020. Covid-19 certainly was not the welcome reception I had in mind!Working within a close nit team at DMS my focus is to develop current and new business relationships, strengthening and adapting our business model to ensure a robust, sustainable, and profitable future for DMS and the Manufacturer’s whose products we exclusively distribute. DMS Veterinary specialises in the supply of critical care, surgical and IV equipment and consumables, offering a premium and personalised service tailored to each practice and your requirements. Having spent most of my life in the countryside whether that be through my close ties to the farming community or my love of country sports, I have a great appreciation and passion to better protect and manage our environment and its wildlife, to create a more sustainable future for all. A key focus personally and of DMS is the development of sustainable products and services offered within our industry to ensure a lighter and much more positive footprint is left behind us!
