Development of project plans for tactical implementation of strategy. Interface with internal and external stakeholder groups in the development of models (plant process, logistics, market, and financial) and the evaluation of alternatives. Provide financial stewardship and project leadership for the capital expenditures. Resource teams to ensure timely execution. Contribute to ESG goals by networking with industry groups to identify opportunities for synergies in technology development for CO2 capture, hydrogen alternatives, and alternative funding structures.
