More than 25 years of experience as a structural engineer in all facets of projects for both new construction and renovations to existing buildings and structures. Experienced in the design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures. Knowledgeable of the latest IBC, ACI and AISC code requirements pertaining to the design of structures including the latest wind and seismic provisions per ASCE 7 and AISC 341. As a Senior Forensic Engineer I am responsible for determining cause and origin of structural failures, recommending repair methods, assisting with subrogation determinations, preparing construction cost estimates, conducting construction observations and providing litigation support.
