I crave complex problems to solve and thrive when creating new systems and processes to optimize organizations and products. I accomplish this by identifying key metrics and building effective teams to focus on providing solutions that directly improve those metrics. I have enjoyed many leadership roles throughout my career centered around strategy in engineering, technical sales, product management, and marketing. My multi-disciplinary professional experience has taught me to be highly effective in any environment. I can create, scale, and/or optimize projects, products, and portfolios ranging from $1M to $1B- I actively work to ensure that the end-user or client is at the center of everything- While I trust my instincts to guide my investigation, I rely heavily on accurate data to make decisions- I excel at generating and executing big ideas by reviewing goals from multiple perspectives. I can develop and grow project teams to be highly productive and efficient- I am personally driven by success, but find greater fulfillment in leading a team to success- I can competently communicate with both technical personnel and executives- I work to find solutions independently before transferring any burden to team members- I have the unique ability to narrate executive initiatives that motivate the larger organization.
