I am a results driven financial services professional with close to 35 years of experience. I have recently joined Dupaco Community Credit Union, focusing on developing strategies to promote deposit growth and sustainability for our members.I was previously involved in Portfolio Management, leading a UMB Bank installation team deploying Project Management software.Prior to UMB, I held the Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Intake role with HTLF. This role drove corporate activities related to project ideation and demand management; evaluating needs by developing detailed business cases, resource plans and financial summaries to create value driven strategies.I also served as the Senior Vice President of Product Management & Delivery for Heartland Financial, headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, overseeing a team of Product Managers who focused efforts to integrate innovative strategies with a consistent delivery to communicate and manage compelling financial services. Prior roles at HTLF also included the Director of Applications/Business Systems and prior as the Head of Deposit and Treasury Operations at Heartland Financial with responsibilities that included: ACH, Wire Transfer, Check Processing (Day 1 and 2), Lockbox, Statement Processing, Account Services/CIF, Card Services, Treasury Management Support and the associated vendor relationships required to support these processes. Prior to 2015, my experience comprised of VP Deposit Operations, AVP Corporate Product Manager, AVP Treasury Sales, Internet Banking Project Manager and Retail Sales, all with Susquehanna Bank. I earned a dual B. A. degree in Economics and Operations Management from Grove City College, in addition to graduate studies at Bucknell University and Owen Business School, Vanderbilt University.
