ABOUT JIM GARNER
I had the great privilege of working for Sergenian\'s Floor Coverings for 60 years. The working knowledge one gains by experiencing every aspect of a small business, from the \"grunt\" to the CEO. All of this helped me to my ultimate goal of helping others grow within our business or to help those who have their own small business. This has all helped me grow the company internally and recently externally with our 2011 three location expansion into the Florida market. This expansion has nearly doubled our volume and made us one of the top 50 retailers in the United States.Since we have so many quality people at Sergenian\'s, it\'s easy to refer any type of customer or supplier to specific individuals for help, and know that everyone will be taken care of. With all of my community involvement outside of work, it\'s easy to help others find solutions or give them directions on where to go for answers to their questions.
