Responsible for delivering Inventory Optimization services to Healthcare Systems in accordance with current and standardized best practices to engage and educate customers to provide clinical value and utility by optimizing medication management processes, providing clinical data, reducing waste, and increasing patient safety. • Develop and maintain collaborative customer relationships with Pharmacy Management and Healthcare System Administrators by utilizing Omnicell’s tools to meet the current clinical goals.• Leverage Omnicell’s Inventory Optimization digital tool to provide clinical support to educate, review, validate, and implement opportunities to drive clinical optimization decisions. • Analyze clinical data, trends and performance metrics to provide ongoing monthly and quarterly reports to Pharmacy Management and to Key Opinion Leaders in the Healthcare System. • Work with and support the Omnicell IOS team to troubleshoot customer issues, ensure triage to appropriate function, and manage customer expectations (scenarios include reviewing new clinical data, data problems, outliers, etc.). • Strategic account planning by contributing to the ever-changing clinical practices to provide a service delivery “best practice playbook” and customer tailored business plans. • Collaborate with Omnicell cross functional teams to use analytic data to adjust clients’ strategic goals, forecast future needs and to provide subject matter expertise in pharmacy operations, inventory management, and diversion management.
