Engineering leader with 25+ years in IT and over a decade directing cloud engineering at scale. I currently lead 150+ engineers and architects as Global Head of Elastic Engineering at Rackspace Technology, an AWS Premier Consulting Partner. My teams design, build, and optimize cloud solutions across sectors and geographies, focused on scalable architecture, migration, security, and operational excellence. I hold or have held multiple AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect Professional and SysOps Administrator Associate.Outside my day job, I\'m deep in the agentic AI space. I run OpenClaw, an open multi-agent orchestration framework where autonomous AI agents collaborate across the full software development lifecycle. My current implementation runs on a multi-node NVIDIA DGX Spark cluster powering large-scale models (Qwen3.5-397B) for local inference with no cloud API dependency. Agents are themed after characters from the TV show Severance and operate as specialized SDLC roles: planning, coding, review, testing, and deployment. They\'re coordinated through a scrum-driven task management system with built-in staleness detection and a PM agent for orchestration visibility.I\'ve also built a separate multi-agent system with controller and specialist subagents that handle my securities portfolio monitoring, sentiment analysis, fundamental research, and macro trend evaluation, all running locally on the same multi-node DGX Spark cluster. Oh no, Claude is down. that\'s a shame. My Claude Code uses my local DGX spark cluster, so I didn\'t notice.I\'m passionate about pushing the boundaries of what autonomous AI systems can do in production workflows, and I bring that same mindset to how I lead engineering organizations: build smart systems, empower people, deliver results.Also serving as Vice President of the Roosters Foundation of Orange County, a 501(c)(3) raising hundreds of thousands of dollars annually for at-risk and disadvantaged children\'s charities.
