Mr. Silega has authored several books on medical tourism and corporate wellness. He focuses his energies in strategy for the HTICC and managing the HTICC’s buyers of healthcare programs.Mr. Silega is considered a leader in the U.S. health tourism community, Mr. Silega is Editor-in Chief of Several U.S. health tourism Magazines, and he have author the books: “Principles of Physical Medicine, Medical Hydrology, and Climatology” used as a textbook worldwide.
