As the Head of Purchase Plans at Computershare, I have the strategic oversight and responsibility for all contributory plans administered by the business. This encompasses Share Incentive Plans (SIP), Employee Share Purchase Plans (ESPP), Save as You Earn (SAYE) schemes, Approved Profit Sharing Schemes (APSS) and Co-Investment Plans (Co-IP).My role involves the comprehensive management of these plans, encompassing initial enrolment, contribution management, facilitating share purchases and allocations, and maintaining meticulous participant data and leaver treatments. To ensure flawless execution of these tasks, I work closely with a dedicated team of Operations Managers based in our Bristol and Warsaw operational sites.When I assumed this role, the team was in its infancy with only a single Operations Manager and a handful of specialists. Today, I lead a dynamic team of fifty professionals, each playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Their dedication, combined with my strategic leadership and industry expertise, has driven the team to consistently exceed our clients\' expectations.Under my leadership, the team has achieved consistently high Net Promoter Scores, reflecting our commitment to client satisfaction, particularly in handling our most complex activities. I am incredibly proud of what we\'ve accomplished, from nurturing a nascent team into a powerhouse of operational efficiency to delivering tangible value to our clients.
