As the Associate Director for the Sponsored Internships and Experiences (SIE) Program at Claremont McKenna College, I am dedicated to creating equitable and transformative opportunities for students through strategic program management and personalized guidance. In my role, I- Lead a $2.2 million annual budget while managing over 500 student applications and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including research institutes and donor funds, to ensure transparent and efficient operations​ ​ - Advise students on individual and group bases, guiding them through the application, budget development, and selection processes to help them secure meaningful internships and experiences​ My career in higher education and career services spans over a decade, with extensive experience in career counseling, program development, and student mentorship. I thrive in roles that combine strategic planning with impactful student interactions, ensuring every program operates equitably and with measurable success.
