With 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, I have honed my skills in fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering high-value outcomes.My journey in the IT world started 13+ years ago and around 7 years ago I got my first exposure to Agile and I have since had the privilege of working with diverse teams. I am a firm believer in the Agile values and principles, and I thrive on helping teams embrace these principles to achieve their full potential.My approach as a Scrum Master/Coach is rooted in servant leadership. I am committed to creating an environment where teams are empowered, self-organized, and inspired to innovate.
