I am a Technical Recruiter working with top professionals in Information Technology to place them in both contract/consulting assignments and direct/permanent roles at leading companies If you are an IT professional anticipating a job search or career change, please forward your resume to me at l•••@auropro.com I look forward to working with you!Job Responsibilities include:Carefully analyzing the requirements as per client needs.Blast the requirements to a pool of vendors and candidates.Post the job on job portals.Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.Check for available candidates in the internal database & search various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.Review the resumes thoroughly and short list suitable matches.Format the candidates resume and highlight the important skills.Establish the communication between the client and the consultants.Coordinate the interviews for the client selected candidates and ensure the availability of the consultants for the same.Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.Processing with the further proceedings if technical interview is through, like, negotiations, Fitment Approval, follow ups with the candidates and vendors to ensure confirmed joining of Contractors, C2H and full time positions.Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant, employer and the sales manager regarding the updates and development.Maintaining and updating the database of consultant and vendors.Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening.Regularly seeking feedback from the vendors.Maintaining good relations with vendors.Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire and full time positions.Working experience with W2, 1099 and C2C (US Citizens, Green Card, TN, EAD and H1B).
